Theobald’s Restaurant, Ixworth
Theobald’s Restaurant is housed in a splendid 16th century period property which was lovingly converted into a restaurant by it’s owners. The property lends itself perfectly to a restaurant setting with it’s abundance of beams and comfortable lounge where guests may relax with a pre-dinner drink or after-dinner coffee.
With small intimate areas created by exposed timbers, it is ideal for a simple lunch or dinner and for that special occasion.
The on-site chef, approaches his subject with flair and imagination. The menu changes frequently to accommodate whatever is seasonal and of the highest quality.
To complement the excellent food there is a first class wine list of over one hundred wines, including a choice of thirty half bottles.
For a cosy evening out enjoying some top quality food, it is well worth a visit.
