Britain’s smallest pub!

The bar measures just 15ft by 7ft, meaning The Nutshell proudly holds the title of the smallest pub in Britain, confirmed by the Guinness Book of Records.

It first started serving beer in 1867, and has continued to do so from the heart of the historic town ever since, offering the regions finest ales in a bar full of interesting historical items, photos and memorabilia.
