A series of delightful gardens to relax in and enjoy.

Set in 7 acres on the banks of the River Lark, the gardens combine woodland with rare and unusual shrubs, perennials, lilies and marginal plants.

See the Top Garden, the River & Mill Pond, the Quandaries, the Low Garden and the Strip, each with their own selection of plants.

Founder Bernard Tickner has been designing and creating the garden for over 50 years.

You will also find tea, coffee and delicious home-made cakes on site, plus plants for sale.

Typically open from April to September. Please consult the website for further information. Disabled access is possible through most of the garden and toilet facilities are available.
